• Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights/Rail/Bus/etc.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
• Any increase in Airfare, Visa Fees, Airport taxes, Govt. Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
• Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
• Tips - Driver, Guide, Hotel and Restaurants
• Covid RTPCR test charges (if required)

• Check in time at the hotel is after 14:00 hrs and check out is before 10:00 hrs all other requests are subject to availability.

• During local or national holidays or special events, peek seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Am&rsquos Sports & Leisure cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtails for any reason.

• We normally provide TWO quotations/suggestions without any charge. Any further work required to be done by us will be upon payment of a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT but adjustable against final tour payment INR 5,000   5% GST

• 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
• Balance 50% to be paid 30 days before the travel date.
• Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
• In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows :-

CANCELLATION CHARGES

• Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.2500/- or 10% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
• Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
• Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned herein above. 
• In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
